Seitsemän metriä verhoa - Seven meters of curtain

Talven aikana virkkasin mökin olohuoneeseen verhot ohuesta pellavalangasta. Verhon virkattu leveys n. 30 cm, 4 kpl verhoja, kunkin pituus 1n. 170 cm, yhteensä lähes 7 metriä virkattua verhoa. Malli omasta päästä. Pellavalankaa tarvittiin kilon verran, lisäksi 84 nappia, lähes 4 m lakanakangasta, virkkuukoukku nro 2 sekä runsaasti kärsivällisyyttä.

During last winter I crocheted new curtains into our country cottage. 4 curtains, each 30 cm wide and about 170 cm long, all together about 7 meters crocheted curtain. Model is my own. These curtains needed about one kilo of linen yarn, 84 buttons, almost 4 m cotton fabric, crochet hook number 2 and a lots of patience.
