Joulukortteja origamityönä, osa 2 - Origami Christmas cards, vol. 2

Hieman erilaisia joulukortteja tällä kertaa, ei kiiltoa eikä kimallusta, vaan taiteltu origami-lehti- tai lintukortti jossa somisteena jouluun (mielestäni) sopiva lehdestä leikattu kuva tai osa siitä. Osittain siis kierrätystä tämäkin.

Ohjeet näihin kortteihin löytyvät Gay Merrill Grossin kirjasta "Pienoisorigameja". Kortit voi avata, lehtikuvan alla/takana on runsaasti kirjoitustilaa.

A little bit different Christmas cards this time, no shine or glitter, just a folded origami leaf or bird card with a Christmas-like (that's my opinion) picture or a part of it cut from a magazine. This is partly recycle, isn't it?

Instructions for these cards can be found from Gay Merrill Gross' book "Minigami". Cards can be opened, there is plenty of space to write under/behind the picture.

Joulukortit pitäisi lähipäivinä laittaa postiin jotta ne joulumerkein varustettuina ehtisivät perille jouluksi. Minun korttini ovat melkein aina itse tehtyjä, tässä muutama origamityönä tehty joulukortti. Tein noita kortteja viime vuoden messuja varten, jätin suht. paljon tyhjää asiakkaan omia toivotuksia varten.

Kakkupaperista saa hienoja pitsikoristeita ja rei'ittäjällä hyvän kokoisia palloja kauniista kartonkipakkauksista kuusen- ja muiksi koristeiksi. Pikkutähdet tein stanssilla

It is time for sending Christmas cards. Nearly always I send cards which I have made all by myself, here you can see some made as origami work. I made these kind of cards for craft fair last year, I left good space for client's own texts.

Cake paper can be used as lace decorations and with a punch can be done nice balls from beautiful cardboard as Christmas decorations. Small stars were done with a star punch.

Origamitekniikalla voi tietenkin tehdä myös eläinaiheita, tässä postikortteihin laitettuina. Tuskin tarvitsee selitellä mitä mikäkin kortti esittää?

You can make also animal figures with origami technique. Here you can see them in post cards. I believe explanations will not be needed?

Tämän voin selitellä: onnittelukortti Totoro-fani -tyttären valmistujaisjuhlallisuuksiin.

This one I can explain: a congratulations card for my Totoro-fan daughter when she graduated.

Origami-hortensiankukkia voi käyttää tosi moneen tarkoitukseen, tässä siis postikortteihin. Kortit ovat luonnollisessa koossa standardikokoisia, kukat korteissa on tehty joko 3 x 3 cm tai sitä pienemmistä papereista

Origami hydrangea flowers can be used in many ways, here in post cards. The cards are standard size, flowers are quite small ones, made of max. 3 x 3 cm or smaller papers.
